Thomas makes his home in the South East Valley, but was born in Minnesota, grew up in the Seattle area, and graduated from the University of Washington. He spent the next two decades living and working in the Washington, D.C. metro region before moving to Arizona in 2005. A 20-year veteran of the public policy publishing industry (in both non- and for profit organizations, covering American foreign, domestic, economic and health policies), he uses his experience to give superior research, analysis, marketing and outreach services to his clients. He currently serves on the board of the Arizona Solar Energy Association, and has extensive Green Home knowledge. He holds Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation, and is able to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. He also holds the e-PRO®, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource and At Home With Diversity® certifications. He lives with his wife and daughters in Mesa, Arizona.
